As Command Center Coordinator you will be responsible for correct and timely data processing (CPI/KPI) within Client’s HQ/ Capgemini Management, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. Additionally as an Access Management Coordinator you will be in control for how users within an organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. The individual will be responsible for creating/reviewing access requests to IT systems. This would include different modules of SAP, service desk as well as HR system. You will work closely with the System/IT Business Office, Security Administrators and other IT/ERP analysts.
- Act as process owner for all Command Center deliverables
- Play a Single Point of Contact role in the Access Management (Client’s IT systems with emphasis on ERP-SAP solutions)
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hock reports related to performance, workload and staffing utilization
- Assist in performing detailed analysis of operational processes and develop alternatives and recommendations for improvement
- Communicate with leadership on critical operational data needs
- Provide onsite support in incident management and outage escalation, management of the communication between Capgemini and Client
- Maintain portal which combines all reporting as well as several logs/lists like issue log, agent master list
- Support operational team in improvement projects using available tools/technologies
- Handle Other duties as assigned by Management
- Support IT projects leadership / system implementation
- Support the manager and the team leader in day to day work
