Commercial Finance Manager
Our client is a major multinational corporation and a leader within its industry. As a result of a newly created finance services center in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced, results-oriented candidates for the role of Commercial Finance Manager. This individual will be responsible for business partnering with Pan-European commercial teams responsible for the company's most significant contracts.
Job description:
- Provide significant business partnering and analytical support to the Sales & Services organisations across all European Operations
- Act as Trusted Advisor to various teams, supporting business segments and providing quality financial and business support
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reporting performance across the P&L including Bookings, Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating Expenses
- Provide reporting& analysis to Sales leader and his/her management team in a timely fashion.
- Management of budgeting, forecasting, profitability, expenses and headcount.
- Provide finance support on goaling, compensation planning, commissions, as well as allocation of team goals with the Theatres
- Drive regional cost savings initiatives and share best practices across theatres
- Drive language of the P&L into the Sales organisation through the management & measurement of profitability metrics of the portfolio
- Build and drive consistent methodologies.
- Partner with segment/team leaders to build annual business plan
- Work in a cross-functional environment, collaborates with other finance teams, and orchestrates cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Relevant University degree in business with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance
- CIMA, ACCA, CPA certification or in progress; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of professional experience in financial analysis/accounting/controlling
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Strong business acumen and partnering skills, with ability to effectively challenge and influence senior Sales and Finance management
- Modelling skills using key MS applications
- Fluent English is a must; knowledge of other foreign language will be a big asset
