COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Opis stanowiska
Tasks:
- supervision, support and management of the personnel
- supervision of the office activities
- coordination of the business development and operational activities
- reporting to the directors the activities of the company
- budget control
- control and supervision of the flow of documents, including the tender documents, specifications, quotes, contracts, accounting documents, etc.
- follow up to the business development activities
- contract management and negotiations
- ensuring commercial viability of the company activities
- participation in preparation of the company’s balance sheets
- participation in marketing activities
- negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors
- management of purchase orders
Wymagania
Requirements:
- experience on similar position or activities will be an advantage
- use of PC (MS Office package) and office facilities
- good communication skills
- very good written and spoken English language skills
- very good organisational skills and systematic approach
- capability of working in a team
- flexibility in regard to working times
- knowledge of waste management and/or landfill business would be an advantage
- ability to extensively travel across Poland and possibly neighbouring countries
