Communication & PR Manager

The main goal of this position is to create marketing communication strategy in cooperation with business.

As everyday duties you will be responsible for developing close working relationship with various contacts across Hays Poland business to develop communication strategy relating to the key issues impacting the industries in which Hays operates. Along with that you will also be responsible for developing relevant trends and subjects to ensure we have a ‘Hays point-of-view’ on issues relating to the world of work. To achieve the best results you will cooperate with editors and journalist across Poland, draft and distribute press releases and programming materials, develop and manage PR events with the media attendance, drafting media briefing notes for senior management in advance of media interviews. What is more you will be asked to develop our CSR activities.

Communication & PR role is the role for you if you have relevant experience in the similar position in an international organization, you have excellent written, copywriting and verbal communication skills both in Polish and English as you will give presentations to senior management and you will act as spokesperson. To be successful you also need to have established media contacts, understand overall marketing communication perspective and be passionate about media and Social Media. Flexibility, ability to priorities tasks and to work under the pressure of time, great organizational skills and above all enthusiasm and positive attitude guarantee exceptional results!
