For our Client, an international leading technology company we are looking for:
Community and Operations Coordinator
Aim: in a community focused on advanced technologies, the role will strive to ensure improvement of the community premise and community animation itself in order to produce tangible results: business leads, community experience and it’s operational efficiency.
The role is based on a temporary contract until 22.06.2018 with a possibility of extension and moving to other parts of the company.
Responsibilities:
Community and Operations Coordinator
Aim: in a community focused on advanced technologies, the role will strive to ensure improvement of the community premise and community animation itself in order to produce tangible results: business leads, community experience and it’s operational efficiency.
The role is based on a temporary contract until 22.06.2018 with a possibility of extension and moving to other parts of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Project and operational management,
- Leading end-to-end projects,
- Identifying obstacles and opportunities to improve community premise
- Creating and sustaining the best possible experience for community members and non-members, visitors and cooperators
- Administrative tasks including executing contracts, managing purchase orders, following up on meeting action items,
- Exposure to Operational Executives,
- Regular communication with regional cross-cultural teams,
- International business trips (up to 50% of working time).
Requirements:
- A background in technological entrepreneurship would be a strong plus
- Knowledge and experience in multichannel digital marketing
- Experience with real-time events animated online is a strong plus
- BA/MA degree
- Fluent and idiomatic command of English
