For our client, a prestigious global FMCG company, we are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join a new multinational team based in Warsaw.

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will take part in implementation of new initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in compensation, benefits and payroll activities for European countries, as well as analyze and manage employees’ data, contact vendors and administrate benefits program. Moreover, he or she will be responsible for annual reward management and implementation of new projects.

We are looking for candidates with more than one year of experience in the HR area (preferably in Compensation & Benefits) in a multinational environment. Fluent English is a must. You should have also experience in SAP and Salesforce. Experience in Shared Services/Outsourcing and process migration will be an asset. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
