Competence Center Financial Services Expert – Cross Functions

Tasks:
- Supporting FRA GA/V Competence Center Financial Services leadership team with organizational and coordination tasks
- Being responsible for departmental communications, eg. delivering the content for eBase, creating newsletters, preparing presentations
- Supporting Process and Operational Organization within FI: Focus on Quality, Costs and Compliance, OKRs
- Leading smaller projects or participating in FI projects (next to Process Architect / Process Manager)
- Supporting Business Unit Controller and ensuring budget adherence: Reporting, Budget process, ForeCast, True-Up, SOW
- All other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements:
- Master degree or equivalent (Business / Finance / Economy)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Process Organization - O2C/CRA, P2P, MD or PRA
- Practical knowledge of Shared Service Operations
- Experience in Agile/Classic Project Management and Process Management
- Fluent English language skills
- German language will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both internal and external interfaces in an intercultural environment
- Knowledge of SAP system, Process & Project Management Tools, Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mail, Teams, OneNote), Collaboration Tools (eg. Workpath, Miro)
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong time management and organizational skills / High precision, dedication to deliver the objectives on time
- Team player, strong coordination and co-operation skills
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
