My client is the world’s leading online financial derivatives dealer that offers a one trading platform with a wide range of trading products to customers including currencies, commodities, equities and indices. The company is present in a number of countries worldwide and has recently decided to set up their first branch office in Poland. Due to the newly established Polish office, the company is looking for a Compliance Manager to ensure the delivery of an effective compliance function that will improve the controls and promote the company’s reputation. As a Compliance Manager you will be responsible for Polish operations with the view of potentially extending it to the wider CEE region. You will set up and maintain the Compliance framework and provide advice and solutions to the business as well as maintain the relationship with the Polish regulatory bodies.

The company is looking for a confident candidate with a financial services background who have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Compliance or a Risk & Controls role, especially with retail consumers. You will also have a good understanding and experience of KYC and AML procedures including risk reporting. The knowledge of the trading and CFD will be a bonus. A very good English is a must.
