Compliance & Reporting Specialist (with knowledge of VBA)

For our client, international company based in Kraków, we are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position of Compliance and Reporting Specialist.

Successful candidate will be responsible for full scope of GL & Reporting activities, including reconciliation and clearing of accounts, month, quarter and year end activities, reporting actuals for different companies in reporting systems, GL master data handling, cash management system related assignments, ad hoc GL bookings including prepayments, accruals, uploads as well as handling complex accounting problems. You will also have the role of VBA super user and will be responsible for supporting the team in using MS Excel - introducing improvements, creating macros, etc.

An ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, preferably also in audit. University degree in finance (or similar) and good knowledge of English is also required. Good knowledge of Excel is a must, incl. knowledge of VBA. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Ideal candidate should have the ability to adjust to changing environment typical for a start-up & migration activities and be willing to develop in other finance areas. We're looking for candidates with teamwork capability, maturity and positive attitude.
