Configuration/Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilites
- Following and support of the Change Management/Release Process required by the customer (creation and tracking of requests in the change management systems)
- Interaction with service/tech departments on the customer side
- Administrative support of all processes/onboarding procedures for the local team (accounts, users onboarding, support) required by the customer
- Administrative support of SaaS platforms used by development teams
- Setting up and support of development and testing infrastructure / environments on local and remote servers
- Linux/Unix boxes administration (local and remote)
- Escalation of issues to customer services
- Setup and support of automatic deployment procedures and mechanisms
Requirements
- English - spoken and written
- Technical knowledge about servers, storage, networks, databases, software development process
- Broad technical experience: administrating of Linux, Unix, Windows, networks, storage
- Administration and development experience with databases (Oracle is a plus)
- Work experience with revision control software (SVN, Git)
- Understanding of CI process and tools (TeamCity)
Advanced skills (optional):
- Programming backgound: skills in at least one of high level programming languages (particularly scripting languages)
