The major responsibilities at this position include:
· Full recruitment for project management / senior managerial positions
· Business development focused on top executive level
· Building long- term relations with international clients
· AC/DC.
Our specific requirements are:
· Very good knowledge of recruitment services and the finance market segment
· Experience at a position of junior consultant/consultant in recruitment industry
· Very good command of English
· Initiative and strong motivation to achieve expected goals
· Well organized working system
· Orientation towards business development supported by high skills in negotiating.
