We are searching for a person who has fluency in French language to join Customer Care team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- supporting the customer by phone, email, chat in the range of car rental;
- giving information about additional services (car insurance etc.);
- answering customers queries;
- administrating the data;
Requirements:
- French on the fluent level;
- English on the very good level (min. B2);
- experience in customer service would be an advantage but it is not necessary;
- very good interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
- availability for shift work (working hours: Mon-Fri 8-24 and Sat-Sun 8-19);
