Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be typically Monday to Friday, for some periods during the year
- Minimum master's degree, MBA will be an asset
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) + good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset.
- 7+ years of overall industry and consulting experience and international exposure on finance transformation sector
- Experience in finance transformationprojects across all or any of the phases (Assess, Design, Build and Deploy) to deliver:
- large projects on setting up of a shared services center including but not limited to business case development, clear articulation of strategy, operating model design, process design, design and implementation of service management, transition strategy and support,
- projects on implementation of enabling technologies (ERP applications SAP / Hyperion, reporting tools, workflow applications etc.) including supporting business case, functional design and program management,
- leading projects on business process reengineering including change management, implementing performance management, six sigma, lean, and BPM concepts in the CFO organization.
- Test and Deploy skills, preferably involving implementation of enabling technology and tools (e.g. workflow or document management systems),
- Experience with either one or more of ERP financial applications (preferably SAP or Oracle) from a Business Analysis & Functional Design perspective is preferred Working knowledge on IFRS / US GAAP
- Working knowledge on leading Performance Management solutions (Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, other EPM applications )
- Finance functional and project experience in leading global companies
- Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable in functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Should have managed teams and possess project delivery experience
- Should express business development abilities
