Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year

Minimum master's degree

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset

6+ years of overall experience within consulting (preferred) with an international exposure and below background:

Member of a BPM CoE with a leading organization

Ability to communicate with Business and IT

Superior analytical and problem solving skills

Background in business process and ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle) with expertise in using ARIS with SAP Solution Manager or Oracle Fusion

Know-how about performance measurement and KPIs development, benchmarking and process maturity frameworks

Experience with Business Process Automation software

Experience with using social media for the management of change in an organization

2+ years of recent management consulting/project experience, in areas such as: Business Process Management strategy, process governance, establishment of a BPM CoE, business process analysis, business process design and modeling, business process improvement, BPM repository deployment, etc.

2 + years working experience with a leading business process repository tool such as ARIS, ProVision, System Architect, Casewise, etc.
