Main responsibilities:
- checking compliance of all content (reviews, video, photo, etc)
- testing and implementing new products or tools to the market
- content moderation, ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the Social media platform
- developing, improving and maintaining standards for the security of online communities
managing of incoming requests, rejecting or escalating them to dedicated team
Essential skills:
- fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- willingness to work in a three-shift pattern
experience in BPO environment or in content moderation
- excellent computer literacy
- strong attention to details
- ability to meet tight and regular deadlines
- determination to achieve excellent results
