we are looking for a
Open-E Poland Sp. z o.o.
Responsibilities:
- editing and updating technical documentation related to Open-E products - software for data storage, backup & business continuity;
- creation and editing content for Open-E website, blog, forum, social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations and other (releasing and proofreading texts and images in CMS);
- supporting UX Specialist in creation technical descriptions which are crucial for UI designing;
- cooperation with software development team, sales team and technical support team to gather details for marketing and technical publications.
Requirements:
- professional experience as a Content Specialist or Technical Writer or Copywriter in IT/technical business;
- fluent in English and Polish;
- ability to create appropriate content direct in English, confirmed by portfolio:
- technical texts such as help sections or functional specifications,
- articles for IT magazines and blogs,
- brochures and product catalogues,
- technical documentation;
- good knowledge of marketing and/or technical content creation standards, including SEO/SEM rules important for content visibility in Internet search engines;
- basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
