On behalf of our Client, an international company with newly established SSC located in Poznań, we are now looking for candidates for a position of Continuous Improvement Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for continuous improvement of processes and services throughout the Commercial Service Centre. Your duties will include developing Continuous Improvement Strategy and establishing global connections for CI. You will also be responsible for vendor and data management team in future state organization. Moreover you will ensure overall clarity of metrics for the team and for clients, and track performance versus these metrics.
The ideal Candidate for this position should have fluent English and at least 5 years of experience in core P2P functional competencies and in Commercial best practice. To be successful in this position you need excellent administrative skills and familiarity with CI and LEAN methodologies. Moreover Candidates for this position are expected to have the ability to analyse data and assess information quickly, have excellent planning and organisational skills. We are looking for person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
