For our Client, global leader in shipping and transportation services, we are currently looking for graduates and young professionals with excellent English and Italian skills, ready to join rapidly growing start-up organization.
Our Client is currently opening Shared Service Centre in Cracow, that will support other units across EMEA region in various service areas.
While working as Contract Administration Support Specialist you will provide administrative support to managers based in EMEA. Successful Candidate will be in charge of verification of process compliance – vendor management, will ensure that the invoices are issued according to the contract. Duties will also include process improvements (for example decreasing number of invoices from 1 vendor), contract management (analysis) and proactive change initiatives.
Successful Candidate must have excellent communication skills both in Italian and English. We are looking for candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience and good analytical skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel is also required. Legal background or experience working with vendors will be an asset.
