Requirements
● relevant experience
● minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics/IT/Law /Finance/Administration
● MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point ppt skills on the intermediate level
● fluent knowledge of English and French (verbal and written)
● experience in working in the commercial/contract environment
● experience in drafting/reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation
● experience in dealing with multicultural teams
● attention to details
● very good communication skills
● ability to work within tight timelines
● ability to manage various tasks/projects in the same time
● team-player
What will you do?
The role will involve undertaking more complex internal analysis for the iCCM team/clients and providing support to more senior team members.
● engaging in contract data gathering activities
● supporting senior team members and clients in different ad hoc requests, analysis and contract query resolution,
● ensuring record retention as per iCCM process
● drafting/reviewing contractual change documents
● independently creating and keeping updated Change Request log
● independently creating and keeping updated contractual deliverable log (Obligation Matrix)
● ensuring record retention as per iCCM process
● supporting internal and/or external clients with contract query resolution
● cooperation with Legal Teams as required
