BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:
- Supports post contract activities like preparation of contract analysis, hand-over materials, change control notes and other templates
- Creates and reviews contract abstracts
- Discuss with client all contract related matters; resolves disputes
- Supports senior management in all contracts related issues
The candidate is applying for a key supporting role within the overall post-contract signature Contract Management organization. This role will be the main support for co-located Contract Managers or other resources located closer to Capgemini’s clients. The candidate will need to be an excellent draftsman of contractual and commercial language and able to interpret existing contractual language. Additionally the candidate must be able to work within a team environment and support multiple engagements across a global organization.
- Excellent knowledge of legal and commercial contracting, corporate policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to established policies and to communicate implementation procedures to others
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong client relationships skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a global and changing environment
- Ability to draft moderate, non-routine contractual instruments
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Use of independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues
- Emerging ability to excel in upper level management environment. Has a combination of legal and commercial acumen
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree plus 5-7 years general business or contract-related experience is desired
- Legal background would be an advantage
- Strong English language skills are mandatory
- Client facing experience is mandatory
- German language skills would be an asset
