Job Description:
- Ownership of One Finance Controls & Compliance program framework
- Design, oversee and execute standard monthly testing of all F&A controls
- Producing monthly management reporting packs for Accenture and Client Management
- Producing monthly analytics and scorecards to identify RCA, trends and performance of Delivery Centers in their controls execution
- Coordinating monthly issues management process, including registering and tracking status of issues
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures followed by the Controls and Compliance team
- Maintenance of OE Documentation and ownership of C&C program Operational Maturity
- Interacting with GPOS and Operations to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate Global Financial Statement Audits and Client Internal Audits
- Coordinate provision of Representation Letter for the Client
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
Professional Skill Requirements (Preferred):
- Proven experience in accounting or audit firm (3 years +)
- Experience in a client facing role (3 years +)
- Experience in global audit companies (Big 4) and CIA/ACCA would be an advantage
- Track record of producing high quality documentation against short/challenging timelines
- Track record of implementing Continuous Improvements
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
Interpersonal Skill / Other Requirements (Preferred):
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with managing conflicts
- Thinking out of the box, challenging process waste
- Able to work effectively and flexibly in a multicultural environment
- Able to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
- Leading Small Teams of highly skilled professionals
Technical Skill Requirements (Required):
- MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel – Expert
Language Requirements:
- English Language (Level 4)
- Other languages, in particular Spanish, Chinese and/or Indian dialects would be an advantage
