For Our Client, a global leader in banking services, we are currently recruiting for a position of Corporate Actions Administrator to join the company’s branch in Cracow.
On this position you will be responsible for for research and maintenance of Corporate Actions in the EMEA region, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers’ responses, reflecting them in internal systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our accounting system and reconciling positions. Additionally your scope of duties will include: monitoring and processing all corporate action events on a daily basis and calculating cash and holding positions, post cash and stock transactions.
To be successful on this position, you need to have relevant experience (1-3 years) in finance roles and very good understanding of financial instruments (derivatives, bonds, equities). Good knowledge of MS Excel is a must as well as advanced level of English language. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will allow him to build effective professional relationships at all levels. You should also be able to prioritise workload and to work with tight deadlines under pressure . Additionally, effective analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
