For our Client, a global investment banking company, which is developing its Center of Excellence in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Corporate Actions Associate.
Successful Candidate will be responsible for management of voluntary income and corporate actions events for equity and fixed income products, as well as providing effective oversight of key announcement creation or payment and reconciliation of voluntary events. Moreover, Candidate’s main tasks will include developing the processes and controls that makes business flow.
A perfect Candidate has previous experience (2-3 years) in corporate actions or voluntary income events in investment banking, and very good understanding of financial products(options, stocks, bonds, derivatives). Excellent command of English (min. C1 level) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or related area are also required. We are looking for Candidates with strong analytical and multi-tasking mindset.
