Given the size of the operations in Poland now (> 300 employees), the decision has been taken to recruit a Country HR Manager. This challenging position requires very strong interpersonal skills to lead the necessary change in a very dynamic and creative company.
-Provide professional business partnering HR support, by leading client facing projects, effecting and managing focused HR solutions to realise future business potential -Responsible for implementation of HR processes in a country and for adjusting processes for country needs -Responsible for HR organization performance in a country -Responsible for legal and other compliance in a country
-Bachelor or Master''s degree in HR, Business or Management -Minimum 5 years of experience at similar position (preferably in multi-national organization) -Fluency in Polish and English -Proven experience of project management - delivering against defined timelines and objectives -Technical knowledge and ability to work in cross functional teams -Experience of working in fast paced dynamic environment -Ability to lead, manage and implement strategic change -Good business understanding with an ability to influence the business at all levels -Strong communicator with a genuine ability to champion HR best practice and influence effectively at all levels
