Requirements:
- Technical background
- Education: preferred chemical or mechanical engineering
- Industry background: preferred
- Process automation/controls
- Oil&Gas
- Chemical industry
- Gas industry
- IT/Software solutions in Oil&Gas Space
- Financial and business acumen
- Industry sales experience. Solution selling preferred over pure product selling
- A well developed sense of the industry and market trends in Poland
- Experience in planning and sale forecasting processes
- Track record managing successful teams
- Motivate others
- Prioritize and focus efforts on best opportunities based on business needs
- Effectively communicate
- Presentations skills
- Learn quickly and think independently
- Very good English
Goals:
- Responsible for performance and development of all industry sales activities in Poland
- Staff and direct a sales team providing leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with strategic objectives.
- Recruit, train, motivate and set standards of job performance for the individuals within the sales team
