Credit and Collection Analyst Dutch Speaker

Job Description:
  • Collecting payments from clients
  • Contacts with clients from Benelux and other business units over the phone or email
  • Query resolution
  • Customer account reconciliation
  • Maintaining low aged balances
  • Reporting status of outstanding positions
Candidate's profile:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Multitasking
  • High motivation to achieve target levels
  • Ability to work and deliver reports within deadline
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
