Job Description:
- Managing portfolio of assigned Customers
- Account reconciliation & advisory
- Query management & disputes resolution
- Interacting with Client's various parties & entities
- Interacting with Capgemini teams
- Building & maintaining relationship with assigned Customers & representatives
Candidate's profile:
- Very good English is required
- Multitasking & meeting deadlines
- Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
- Lotus Notes experience will be an asset
- Customer service skills
- Good understanding of GPM O2C processes is required
- Experience in finance / accounting / customer service would be an asset
