- Payments Collections
- Contacts with clients and other business units over the phone or email
- Query resolution
- Customer account reconciliation
- Maintaining low aged balances
- Reporting status of outstanding positions
- Possibility of participation in transition
Candidate’s profile
- Very good knowledge of one of the following languages: French, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Hungarian, Czech, Italian, German, Dutch, Slovenian
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Multitasking
- High motivation to achieve target levels
- Ability to work and deliver reports within deadline
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
