Who are we looking for?
Before you start our induction training we will check if you:
- are open to start international career
- speak French at B2/C1 and English at B2 level
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working in international environment, where willingness of learning new things is supported by wide range of trainings and courses which are designed to improve your skills and abilities.
What will you do?
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues , process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support clients
- Communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with dealers and sales
