We are looking for a candidate who is willing to start working within Credit, Collections and Dispute area for our client in France.
The purpose of the role is to be a member of the Delivery team.
Credit and Collections Specialist French Speaker (part-time)
Place of work: Krakow

Position purpose
- Daily analysis and control of own French customer portfolio
- Monitor customer credit profile/daily credit worklist
- Review blocked orders/release and documentation
- Interaction with other departments (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, AR team)
- First line of contact for customers with incoming financial queries (incl. responding to queries and forwarding queries to another department if necessary)
- Collection from Customers as per Collection strategy (via Email, Phone, Dunning, CAS)
- Disputes coordination
Requirements
- Advanced French skills (C1 level or native is a must) and very good English skills are required
- Client-focused attitude
- Ability to build trust and relationships with French customers
- Attention to details and accuracy
