For our GBS based in Warsaw we are looking for:
As Credit & Collections Team Leader you will be reporting to AR & CM Manager in the GBS O2C team based in Poland. As a candidate you should have experience in Team Management and be Subject Matter Expert for O2C Finance
- Team management

- Supervise the team to deliver high quality service to our Clients
- Support Manager in Team Management (e.g. regular meetings, development plan, performance discussions and appraisals, career planning, setting goals)
- Support Manager with setting up KPI and SLA based on business needs and ensure fulfilment
- Drive Continuous improvement process (e.g. standardization initiatives, productivity improvements, best practices)
- Coordinates processes of modification/automation and testing (e.g. SAP, bank platforms, other tools)
- Accountable for full compliance with all company accounting policies & internal control

- Minimum 3 years' experience in team management (8+ employees) in multi-country environment
- Higher education degree in Finance is required
- Shared Service Operations or BPO environment preffered
- Experience in cash collection and risk management
- Certification in International Credit Management and Certification of Trade FInance instrument will be a plus
- Excellent English - both written and spoken (additional language will be an asset)
- Good understanding of IT systems in general (familiar with SAP is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional manner and positive (can do) attitude at all times
- People management and development skills
- Self-directed, well organized and effective team member able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Determination in pursuit of the set goals
- Strong analytical skills
