- Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
- Ensure management of projects controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
- Effectively apply the Amadeus project management methodology and enforces project standards
- Ensure that the project is managed to budget, time and quality and that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case.
- Responsible for problem resolution and project success.
- Key deliverables expected:
- Meeting management: Steering committee, Project Status meetings
- Documentation: Project Management Plan including, schedule, cost, scope...
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize exposure and risk on project
- Communication with stakeholders both internal and external
- Project accounting: progress reports, budget management and invoicing
- Knowledge of airline and travel industry is mandatory for this role
Project Management
- Lead the Project team through the definition and planning phases and then monitor and control the project to completion using Project Management methodology.
- Identify new revenue opportunities during project course.
- A proven experience (5 Years) in the project management for remote teams in multi-cultural environment.
- Secure the team resource allocation and resource utilization optimization.
- Establish and provide KPI to Management to be able to see actual and determine trends.
- Use and improve the Project management tool used within the team (ChangePoint, Sharepoint).
- Helping the delivery team to evolve and be innovative on reusing, industrialize the delivery process.
- Enrich the service catalog with new implemented solutions and services delivered.
- Lead PCI DSS initiative within the organisation and follow up implementation rule process.
- Nice to have Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2.
Pre sales
- Assessment of customer requests that are passed on by business owners
- Animate workshops to understand customer business issues, identify process optimization opportunities and propose adequate bespoke solutions in cooperation with functional and development experts in order to build the target solution.
- Elaborate the Statement Of Requirements and build the business case
- Identify all activities necessary to produce project deliverables.
Service Marketing
- Enrich the service catalog with new implemented solutions and services delivered
- Share experiences and animate the community of practice with other delivery organisations (Local and Regional).
Custom Solutions provides consulting, customization and integration services around the Point of Sale platform and automation / robotic solutions. This person will be engaged in the different projects, it will depend from the sales pipeline and priorities. Role of this person will be to coordinate project, meetings and contact with the client. This position is a Project Manager who will cooperate with developer and business analyst and will be responsible for delivery project on time. Team members for each project are selected based on availability and experience in particular project type. All projects are .NET projects which role is to automate processes of work for travel agents. Crucial requirement is the knowledge of airline and travel industry, experience in technical projects is additional value.
