You will be responsible for:
- delivering excellent customer service experience across all contact channels (incoming calls, e-mails, chat)
- providing information on services and promotions
- building relationships with customers and providing an efficient and consistent service;
- solving problems with the customer
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- have excellent Danish written and spoken language skills
- have an ability to communicate in English;
- have strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave;
- have strong communication and active listening skills
- you are a student, you have already completed your studies or want to expand your customer service skills
- want to use Danish in your everyday work in an active manner
- are available to work five days a week, 8 hours a day (flexible schedules).
