For our Client – one of the largest provider of business process outsourcing solutions, located in the heart of Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidate who will take the position of leader of the newly established team.
On this position you will be responsible for ensuring the business outputs are monitored and that money laundering policies, financial crime, sanctions are being complied with. Moreover, you will review existing AML arrangements and improve all risk mitigants as well as support the ongoing compliance monitoring programme. You will act as the focal point of expertise for the business on CDD and build a CDD team in the Krakow business centre and undertake ad-hoc project work and/or become the Subject Matter Expert as periodically advised by the business.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate minimum 3 years’ experience in a CDD (KYC) environment . You will need to be fluent in English as you will support UK market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to organize and motivate yourself and others as well as the willingness to develop as a team leader are essential to be successful on this position.
