Customer Excellence Specialist with European languages

Your duties:
- Managing Customers’ business needs over the phone/e-mail
- Resolve Customer requests and responding to questions
- Updating data in the computer systems
- Proactively communicating to Customers order and delivery status
- Helping with the implementation of our Sales and Marketing Plan
- Participation in training and meetings
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, communicative approach
- Very good knowledge of English and other European language – French/German/Czech/Bulgarian/Spanish/Portuguese/Hungarian/Dutch…
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Full-time availability
- Corporate experience will be an asset
