For our Client General Motors Company, we are searching for a Candidate for a position of:
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop customer service standards in dealer network - implementation and monitoring of new procedures, data collection and analysis
• Development and maintaining incentive programs for dealer network
• Management the guarantee assistance programs for Opel and Chevrolet car and after warranty programs
• Supervision of the Company training center - organizing trainings
• Updating the manuals and warranty books - monitor the status of the warehouse and ensure availability
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years of experience on similar position in international Company
• University degree (Transport/Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering/Machine Construction and Automation or similar)
• Fluent English and Polish
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Access knowledge will be an advantage)
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities, multitasking, organizing working time and independent problem solving skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Driving"s license - cat. B
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
