Customer Experience Trainee

Throughout the12-month experience trainees follow a structured agenda to learn how entire business works – from H&S, Operations, Supply chain & Commercial to Planning, HR, Sustainability, Legal, Public Affairs and Finance to have the in-depth overview needed to become a great leader

• Supporting international projects covering Customer Journey Experience, NPS measurement and Case Management
• Providing the European Board Members with recommendations in regards to Customer Experience improvement
• Data analysis and project co-management
• Shaping standards of Customer Experience for European Clients (processes, tools, resources)
• Supporting internal and external communication efforts.
• Monitoring the progress of improvement initiatives across Europe

• Max 2 years after graduation
• Fluency in English
• Very good knowledge of Office 365
• Driving license
• Willingness to travel around Europe and flexibility to relocate
