For our Client, new start-up organization specialise in retail area, we are currently looking for a candidates with fluent English, who would like to join Customer Finance department in Cracow.
  
Holding the position of Customer Finance you will be expected to answer customers’ requests and create support solutions that exceed theirs’ expectations. Additionally you will handling with auditing customer’s accounts to verify their purchases and processing non cashed checks. Moreover you will be responsible for researching negative actions on customer’s accounts and proper solving problems.

To be successful in this role you will need to have fluent English as well as at least one year experience on similar position or in customer service. Moreover you should have excellent communication & problem solving skills and strong business focus. Ability to navigate quickly through systems in also required.
