The Service Delivery Manager provides product expert services and assist global TMC in their implementation projects.
Deliver consultancy:
- Audit and recommendations on product features and processes
- Conduct Site review
Share knowledge with customer:
- Organize workshops, and best practices session
- Coach the customer deployment / implementation teams
Coordinate and manage special implementation projects (main customer roll-out plan, mass feature activation, maintenance script...)
Ensure product high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities
Functional point of contact for the TMC, Service Delivery Manager actively participates to complex problem investigation and cross functional requirements:
- Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes
- Participation in investigation
- Present complex analysis results in client meetings
- Able to deal with all product stakeholders (product, support, development an account management teams)
Superior technical and interpersonal skills targeted at providing excellence in service and ensuring client retention:
- Manage client relationship
- Identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions
- Monitor business impact of implemented actions on business performance and efficiency
Fluent in English
At least 3 years in the travel industry are required
IT skills required to be involved in technical investigation with technical teams:
- Amadeus GDS and other GDSs
- Amadeus e-Travel Management (AeTM) or Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense
- Online booking tools
- Basics on SQL
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)
Basics of project management
Good communication skills
Ability to produce effective, well-structured and detailed documentation.
Provides Amadeus cytric consultancy and expertise to Global TMCs on Amadeus cytric delivery related items.
