Our client is an international production company with a SSC in Kraków. Currently they are looking for graduates and young professionals for the position of Customer Service Administrator.

In your job you will be responsible for your own group of USA – based clients to whom you will deliver exceptional customer service including end to end order management, overseeing the order execution and day to day business needs of your client. Working closely with local and regional sales representatives, US-based partners and facilities you will support the client on every step of order and delivery.

We are looking for candidates with fluent English skills able to work non-standard office hours 14-23. To be successful you should have exceptional Client Service skills and have excellent telephone manner (Customer Service experience will be a great asset).
