Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:


Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Specialist German Speaker

Job Description:


We are looking for candidates who are ready to take part in the transition of Customer Service processes for Germany. The chosen candidates will be responsible for Customer Service processes for German location after the transition period

Transition phase:
  • Establish very good relationship with the client
  • Develop an understanding of the current state processes
  • Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the Customer Service area
  • Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
  • Management of day-to-day teams issues, flag and mitigate them and manage escalations.
  • Identify potential quick improvements within the processes
Delivery phase:
  • Handle Inbound calls and Inbound/Outbound email responding to customer concerns
  • Generate potential sales opportunities by providing product information, recommending specific products and solutions, and maintaining and building customer relationships
  • Resolve pre and post-sales concerns of Customers
  • Accurately log customer - related information/notes
  • Transfer calls to appropriate parties
Candidate's profile:
  • At least very good knowledge of German language
  • Good English skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Transition experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in Customer Service / Collection / Help Desk area
