The client has opened a European Contact Centre in Wrocław, and is looking for multiple Customer Service Agents with English language skills. Travel Advisor will make, and confirm reservations in a dedicated booking system, respond to queries, and provide support for the website users and loyalty club members via telephone, email, chat, or fax.
