Responsibilities:
Your responsibility as a Customer Service Agent will be providing partners and customers with accurate, consistent and timely responses and explanations regarding tax services related questions and issues.
Your tasks will be:
- Ensure compliance within control processes and procedures
- Escalation support and resolution to customer issues
- Provide administrative support and coordination within a fast-paced organization that supports partners and customers across Eastern Europe
- Responsible for administrative processes and Data Maintenance in different IT systems
- Customer communication and support
- Quality Management
- Support of daily office work
Requirements:
- C1 or native level knowledge of Ukrainian would be an advantage
- English and Polish language: Fluent written and spoken
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Good level of organizational and analytical skills
- Time management skills, ability to set priorities
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
