Customer Service Executive

Zadania:
  • Telefoniczna oraz pisemna (e-mailowa) obsługa Klienta,
  • Organizowanie przesyłek do Klientów,
  • Budowanie długofalowej współpracy z Klientami,
  • Wpisywanie otrzymywanych zamówień do systemu komputerowego,
  • Wspieranie działu sprzedaży, współpraca z przedstawicielami handlowymi,
  • Pisanie protokołów, fakturowanie przesyłek,
  • Bardzo szybkie reagowanie na nagłe sytuacje/ zlecenia,
  • Dbanie o terminowość i zgodność szczegółów dostaw z  zamówieniami.
Wymagania:
  • Gotowość do pracy w trybie zmianowym (w godzinach 7-15, 12-20) oraz do odbywania dyżurów nocnych i weekendowych (zdalnie),
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego – warunek konieczny,
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowany kierunek/specjalność: Logistyka i pokrewne),
  • Bardzo dobre zdolności komunikacyjne oraz szybkość w działaniu,
  • Dobra dykcja,
  • Sumienność i zaangażowanie,
  • Doświadczenie w telefonicznej obsłudze klienta mile widziane.
