For our Client an international Company, we are searching for a Candidate for a position of:
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to Company employees
• Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
• Maintaining positive relations with internal Clients
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of Czech language - native speaker level
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Highly developed Customer Service skills
• Open minded and motivated for self-development
• Task oriented
• Very good communication skills
