Our Client is a prestigious SSC company established in the USA and operating internationally. Currently looking to fill in the position of:

Customer Service / HR Support with Italian 

 

Your role:

  • Respond to inquiries related to administrative procedures and coordinate HR administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the employees and serve as an information source for them – answer various questions via email and phone
  • Resolve employee and HR needs
  • Ensure that documents and employee requests meet the policy for each process
  • Understand and use HR systems such as Workday and the Employee Portal including Self Service, Knowledge Base and Case Management

Ideal Candidate possesses:

  • Experience in HR/SSC Organization, Contact Center/Customer Service
  • Knowledge of HR functions and operations such as data/compensation/benefits administration
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Italian 
  • Customer Service skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent work organization
  • Problem solving skills
