The Motorola Service Desk (MSD) is a single point of contact team for Motorola Solutions throughout Europe, Israel and Africa. Multilingual call, chat and email support for prospects, customers and partners in the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian and Hebrew. 08:00 – 18:00 CET Monday to Friday. The MSD is part of the Solutions Support Centre, working closely with Marketing, Channel Sales & Operations.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
● Reviewing Partner Applications to the PartnerEmpower program, confirming their approval sending welcome emails
● Managing and maintaining customer database records
● Helping partners with accessing/ navigating our partner portal
● Assist the marketing support team with (email)campaigns
● Ticket management
● Ad hoc projects
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
● 4th of study
● Fluent in English
● Knowledge of one additional language
● High level of motivation with the drive to succeed
● Curiosity for IT related products and solutions
● Team player
● Ability to work 30 hours per week
