Our Customer Care is the direct link between zooplus and our customers. Our goal is to ensure highest quality and customer satisfaction for all our customers with the assistance of several customer-care-centers throughout Europe.
- 2nd and 3rd level support for our external customer-care-centers
- Quality assurance of our customer care service by coaching and monitoring our external service providers
- E-mail support for our customers within our CRM-environment concerning all aspects of our online-shop
- Communicating with in- and external partners and service providers
- Close cooperation with our head office in Munich and the central departments Category Management, Purchase and Shop Optimization
- Continuously development of our customer care concepts and standards and building up new teams with new service provider
We are offering you a challenging role in our committed Polish team with international focus. You will be trained by your team colleagues in Munich / Germany until your can work on your own. Our office is located in the heart of Krakow where we offer you a friendly atmosphere with founder spirit and the opportunity to realise your own ideas.
