For Our Client, a well-known IT services & outsourcing company, we are looking for experienced customer service professionals with different European languages to take a role of Quality Assurance Specialist. The job will be based in the office in Krakow.
Working on this position, you will help to maintain excellent service levels in Contact Centres of one of the most prestigious and famous global IT companies. You will be responsible for performing quality audit of service providers - phone calls (live or recorded) and non-voice activities, such as chats or other online platforms. Among your duties will be also preparing various reports.
To be successful on this position, you need to have at least 1,5 year of experience in phone customer service role, speak good English and be fluent in one of the following languages: Portuguese, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian.
Experience within quality assurance area will be a big asset. We are looking for responsible, well-organized individuals who are able to work in dynamic, international environment. Apart from attention to detail, the ideal candidate has good analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel. What is more, you need to be able to start work not later than 1st of November.
