For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative with French. This is a great opportunity for young graduates as well as experienced customer care specialists interested in developing their career in BPO/ SSC sector.

Working on this position your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): order management, repair and exchange requests, field service administration and scheduling, training scheduling, Tech Connect. You will also ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards (KPI), deal with simple and complex issues (including complaints and enquiries), drive customer focused behaviour throughout the organization, undertake a proactive approach to possible problems & wherever possible pre-empt situations, ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the organization. You will also be expected to be proactive in identifying areas of improvement with regards to current processes/ procedures and to ensure that any proposed changes are properly planned, communicated and implemented.

To be successful on this position you need to speak good English and French (min. B2), experience in a customer service environment will be a strong asset. Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage. Ideal candidate for this position should be customer focused and have strong communication skills.
